Deep Cleanse

A deep Cleanse is recommended once or twice a year. This helps to remove dirt, oil and residue build up. It will leave your scalp healthy and fresh. You can do this by using a inflatable hair washing basin. Full the basin about half way with a comfortable hot water temperature and add quarter of a box of baking soda and mix well. Soak your dreads for 20 minutes then squeeze out excess water from your dreads. Then its time for a Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) rinse. Although Baking soda is very effective at removing residue, it is harsh on your scalp. The ACV rinse will help balance your scalp PH. Rinse the baking soda soak from your dreads. Mix half a cup of ACV into a squeezable water bottle and mix in with warm water. Poor it over your scalp and work it down your dreads. Let it soak for 5 minutes then rinse. No need to wash dreads after the cleanse.
